Krista Jefferson

Krista Jefferson currently serves as the Sr Payroll Administrator at Globus Medical since October 2023 and has held the position of Senior Payroll Administrator at UHS since January 2017, where supervision and processing of payroll for over 1,600 employees is a key responsibility. Prior experience includes roles at Business and Decision as a Payroll and Document Administrator, overseeing payroll functions and human resources from May 2012 to January 2017, and as a Store Manager at Esprit, managing staff and operations from October 2007 to April 2012. Earlier experience includes a Team Lead position at Target from June 2002 to October 2007, handling various departments and payroll processing. Krista Jefferson earned a BS in Equine Science from Delaware Valley University between 1998 and 2002.
