Laura Newman

Laura Newman is a highly experienced analytics professional with a robust background in business intelligence and data analysis. Since May 2019, Laura has held various leadership roles at UHS, including Lead Business Intelligence Analyst, Lead Data Analyst, and Senior Data Analyst. Prior to UHS, Laura worked at the Human Service Agency from April 2002 to January 2019 as Lead Application Developer/Security Officer, where Laura developed enterprise-level software solutions for health and medical records. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Villanova School of Business, a Bachelor's degree in English and German from the University of Minnesota Morris, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from South Dakota State University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Science from Lake Area Technical College.
