David Kendrick

David is an Equity Partner in the Manchester office who leads the firm’s Corporate Finance team, as well as Chairing UHY’s national automotive group. He works closely with his portfolio of contacts to provide confidential expert advice on strategic growth through acquisition, fundraising, debt advisory, valuations and exit planning.

He has been a Corporate Finance Advisor for 18 years and has advised hundreds of companies across numerous sectors regarding strategy and corporate finance over that period, with estimated combined transaction proceeds in excess of £1bn. Most of his deals have involved helping clients sell their businesses with deal sizes typically ranging from £1m up to £100m.

In recognition of his corporate finance activity, he was ranked by Experian as the North Wests most active corporate finance professional during 2016, with the Manchester CF team consistently being ranked in the Top 10 North West advisory teams. Outside of work he is Chairman of Lindow Cricket Club where he has played for over 24 years.
