David Akinniyi

David Akinniyi, MBA, PMP, is the Founder of The Akinniyi Group, established in 2017, which focuses on creating luxury communities aimed at enhancing the lives of Baltimore residents. Akinniyi has an extensive background in professional services and project management, currently serving as Senior Manager at UI Solutions Group since September 2017, following various roles including Project Manager and Consultant. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Financial Analyst at Nuance Communications, where Akinniyi developed financial models and managed P&L for a significant business unit, as well as financial analyst positions at OSRAM and T3 Trading Group, LLC. Akinniyi's educational background includes an MBA in Strategy & Innovation from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Northeastern University.
