Xavier Roche currently serves as Vice-président de la plateforme Sûreté de l'Union internationale des chemins de fer at UIC since July 2022 and has been with SNCF since June 2013 as Directeur de la Sûreté Groupe, overseeing the safety operations of the organization and managing a team of 3,000 authorized surveillance agents. Previously, Xavier Roche held several leadership positions at SNCF, including Directeur général Optim’services, where leadership was provided to a team of approximately 5,000 agents responsible for various support functions. Other notable roles include Directeur financier and Directeur de l'audit et des risques at RFF, as well as positions within the Ministry of Housing and Alstom Transport. Educational qualifications include advanced studies at the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale and a Master’s degree in Law from Université d'Auvergne.
