Tim Howell is the Vice President of Manufacturing & Products at UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies, with a career spanning over 40 years in various leadership roles. At Bowhead, Tim has overseen manufacturing capabilities and product development, ensuring customer specifications and timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Previous positions include General Manager, where responsibilities included implementing efficient procurement processes and managing the production of critical systems for the US Army and Marine Corps. Tim's extensive experience also encompasses roles at High Tech Consultants Inc., Elbit Systems of America, Litton Guidance & Control Systems, and Texas Instruments, with a focus on operations, sustainment, manufacturing, and systems integration. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Arlington.
