Wayne Welch

Wayne Welch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management, primarily within the US Navy and currently as a Deck Operations Training Specialist at UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies. With a background that includes roles such as Command Master Chief and HR Manager, Wayne has successfully advised senior executives on workforce morale, training, and development for organizations with over 800 personnel. Wayne's management expertise encompasses oversight of ship movements, budget administration, and quality of life initiatives across various naval operations, including significant deployments during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Wayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Excelsior University and an Associate of Arts from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
