Roberto Saad

Roberto Saad's work experience starts with their role as the Co-Founder/CEO of UICLAP Editora e Distribuidora, a startup that focuses on the digital publication and sale of physical books. Roberto'smain goal is to democratize the book publishing and selling process.

Prior to this, Roberto worked as the Director of the Pediatric Unit at Hospital São Bernardo. In this role, they were responsible for supervising and providing feedback to various departments, such as finance, human resources, reception, medical services, nursing, nutrition, laundry, hygiene, maintenance, and social services. Roberto implemented control measures, analyzed revenue flow, created procedures for resource optimization and quality control, and developed marketing strategies for different target audiences.

Before their role at the hospital, Roberto was a Partner and Director at Grupo Taboo de Comunicação e Entretenimento, where they expanded their responsibilities over time. Roberto was in charge of revenue generation, building partnerships with various organizations, creating marketing campaigns, and actively seeking sponsors. During their tenure, they successfully opened three units focused on premium young audiences.

Roberto also worked as a Partner and Director at Museum Dinning Club, a pioneering establishment that combined restaurant and nightclub services. Roberto'sinitial involvement as an event organizer led to an invitation to join the company as a partner.

Earlier in their career, Roberto worked as a Manager at Mario Levi Promoções, where they provided consulting services to bars and nightclubs under the Mario Levi group. Roberto developed business plans, optimized operations, and defined marketing campaigns to maximize profitability.

Roberto's earliest work experience was as an intern at Trade Bank in 2002.

Roberto Saad pursued their Bachelor's degree in Administration from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, completing it between 1999 and 2003. Roberto then enrolled in a postgraduate program at the same institution in 2009, specializing in Accounting and Finance, which lasted until 2010. In 2017, Roberto attended Embassy School to enhance their fluency in the English language.
