Kevin Yack serves as the Economic Development Director at the Uintah Basin Association of Governments since April 2013, responsible for maintaining federal grant eligibility, overseeing office and field staff, and handling human resource functions. Previously, as a Management Analyst for the Wasatch Front Waste and Recycling Special Service District from July 2012 to March 2013, Kevin focused on budget analysis, performance planning, and program development. A brief stint at CJD & Associates in early 2012 involved government relations work, including report composition and meeting scheduling with elected officials. Kevin's professional journey began with an internship at North Logan City in 2011. Kevin holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree with an emphasis on Local Government Administration from the University of Utah, obtained between 2012 and 2014, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Utah State University, completed in 2011.
