Shelley Fenn

Shelley Fenn retired in November of 2017 after 32 years of service with Dominion Energy, formerly Questar Gas, serving the last 12 years with Questar as the Eastern Region Manager.

She has served on the Duchesne County Children’s Justice Center Friends Board since 2010 and has served as the Treasurer for over nine years.

She is currently the Vice President of the UBH Volunteer Board, and volunteers in the hospital gift shop and with the UBH Home Health and Hospice team.

Shelley is married to Kenny and together they have two sons along with two bonus daughters who have given them four wonderful grandchildren.

In her spare time, she loves to read and work in her yard in the summertime.

Shelley has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree from WGU.
