Emma Bellamy

Emma Bellamy is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in leading teams and driving AI-driven commercial decision-making. Currently serving as a Senior Data Science Team Lead at UiPath since April 2025, Emma previously held similar leadership roles at Peak and has a strong background in applying sophisticated data analysis techniques. Emma's earlier experience includes a data scientist position at Greensill Capital, where clustering and segmentation techniques were utilized, and various roles in business continuity at Esso Serve Europe, where significant contributions were made to operational resilience. Emma's educational background includes a Master of Science in Data Science from Lancaster University and a Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures Européennes de Management from NEOMA Business School, along with a B.B.A. Hons in European Management with French. Emma demonstrated leadership in community engagement as the PTA co-chair during a career break to raise a family.
