Paul Ross

Paul Ross is the current Global VP, Sales Operations at UiPath. Prior to this, they were with Qumulo from May 2020 to December 2021 where they were the Global VP Sales Operations. There, they were responsible for building the global team and shifting the company from a system sale to a SaaS business, among other things. Ross was with UiPath from April 2018 to May 2020 as the GVP Global Sales Operations. There, they were responsible for enabling sales effectiveness and execution in a rapidly growing market across the globe. This included all aspects of sales operations: planning, staffing, strategy, pipeline/forecast mgmt, sales technologies, sales productivity, analytics, compensation, and order processing. Ross was able to scale UiPath over 4x in both revenue and number of transactions while supporting a customer operations team of over 1200 people across the world.

Paul Ross obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. Paul then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. Finally, they obtained a Master's Degree in Nuclear Engineering (equiv) from the US Navy Nuclear Power Program.
