Raluca Gheorghiu

Raluca Gheorghiu has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Raluca started their career as a Junior Lawyer at Răzvan Dincă & Asociații in October 2012 and later became an Associate in November 2014. In February 2015, they joined NNDKP as an Associate and worked there until October 2017. In November 2017, they joined UiPath as a Senior Attorney At Law and later served as the Legal Director, leading the EMEA Legal Team from January 2019 to November 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Legal Operations and Innovation (Senior Director) at UiPath.

Raluca Gheorghiu has a solid educational background in law. Raluca obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Bucharest in 2012. Following that, they pursued two consecutive Master of Laws (LLM) degrees from the same university, specializing in Private Law from 2013 to 2014 and International Arbitration from 2014 to 2015. Raluca's commitment to professional development is evident through their certifications, which include the Bucharest Bar Certification for Qualified Lawyers obtained in 2012. Raluca also holds additional certifications in leadership and change management. Raluca has demonstrated proficiency in English by obtaining the Cambridge certificate in advanced English (C1) and in French by obtaining the Diplôme d'études en langue française - DELF B2.
