Tais O'Dwyer

Tais O'Dwyer has extensive work experience in the financial services industry, with roles at UiPath, Microsoft, Google, CIT, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, BearingPoint, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Most recently, Tais held the position of VP, Global Head of Financial Services Industry at UiPath. Prior to that, Tais served as the Head of Financial Services Business Strategy and GM at Microsoft, where they were responsible for worldwide business strategy for banking, capital markets, and insurance. Tais also worked as the Global Director of Financial Services Strategy and Solutions at Google Cloud and held various leadership positions at CIT and Bank of America. Tais began their career as a Technology Project Manager at Morgan Stanley and has additional consulting experience at BearingPoint and PwC.

Tais O'Dwyer attended Lehigh University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics. Currently, they are studying Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School.
