Cecile Sadoux

Cecile Sadoux serves as the Senior Director of the People Management Department at UITP, where significant contributions focus on integrating happiness at work as a means of enhancing performance. In this role, Cecile leads initiatives aimed at reconciling work with well-being and promoting a positive internal culture through the values of Respect, Innovation, Sharing, and Expertise. With extensive experience in corporate and HR issues within public transport globally, Cecile has held various managerial positions at UITP since 2000. Educational achievements include a Master’s Degree in European Law, a Master’s Degree in French public law, and certifications in mediation and workplace happiness.
