Efe Usanmaz currently serves as the Senior Manager of Digitalisation & IT - Knowledge and Innovation at UITP, where responsibilities include leading urban mobility and public transport digitalisation efforts and managing EU-funded research projects. Previous roles at UITP include Manager of the Knowledge and Innovation Department, overseeing various European Commission-funded initiatives aimed at enhancing zero-emission solutions in urban transport. Prior experience includes positions with the European Commission and EY, focusing on research and innovation strategies within the transport sector. Efe Usanmaz holds a PhD in Political Science from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, a Master's degree in European Studies from Maastricht University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Bilkent University.
