Ritesh Kumar

Ritesh Kumar has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Ritesh started their career at Colgate Palmolive as a Sales Territory Supervisor in 2002. In 2005, they joined ICICI Bank as a Solution Manager and worked there until 2008. Ritesh then moved to HSBC as a Sales Manager for a brief period before joining IndusInd Bank in 2009. At IndusInd Bank, Ritesh held the role of DVP, Regional Sales Manager, where they managed a team of 250 people and was responsible for driving casa and wealth business. Ritesh remained in this role until 2017 when they joined Ujjivan Small Finance Bank as a Regional Business Manager for Branch Banking. At Ujjivan, they took care of 71 branches in Maharashtra and Gujarat, setting up the entire branch banking team and operation in these states. Currently, Ritesh holds the position of Circle Business Head-Branch Banking North 1 at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank.

Ritesh Kumar obtained an MBA degree in Sales and Marketing from the University of Allahabad between 2000 and 2002.
