S Madhu

S Madhu has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. They started their career as a Sr Software Engineer at Nurture Software Solutions (P) Limited in 2006 and then moved on to work at Tech Process Solutions as a Sr Software Engineer. In 2008, they joined Wipro Infotech as a Project Manager and stayed with the company for seven years. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Project Manager at Wipro Limited. In 2016, they joined Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited as a Manager IT - channel application and remained in the role until 2019. They briefly worked at Novopay as a Senior Project Manager before freelancing between 2019 and 2020. In 2020, they became an Assistant Vice President of Information Technology at AU Small Finance Bank and recently transitioned to their current role as the Head Digital Banking - IT at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank since 2022.

S Madhu completed their primary and secondary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1987 to 2000, obtaining a 12th grade degree with a focus on the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology (PCMB). Following this, they attended Vemana Institute of Technology in Bangalore from 2000 to 2005 and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
