Sagar Mahapatra

Sagar Mahapatra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and agricultural sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Relationship Manager at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank since July 2019, Sagar is responsible for developing group and individual loan businesses and ensuring compliance with operational procedures for loan disbursement. Previously, Sagar worked as a Management Trainee at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited, focusing on group loans and risk compliance from June 2017 to July 2018. Sagar also undertook a Project Intern role at The World Bank, conducting research on the socio-economic profiles of SRI farmers in Chhattisgarh, and completed a Project Management Internship at the Life Academy of Vocational Studies, focusing on organic farming practices. Sagar holds an MBA from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Utkal University.
