Sureshkrishna Ramachandran

Sureshkrishna Ramachandran is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR - Employee Engagement at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank since December 2022. Prior to this role, Sureshkrishna worked at IIFL (India Infoline Group) from September 2020 to November 2022 as a Zonal HR Executive focusing on recruitment and employee engagement, where responsibilities included managing the full recruitment process and coordinating interviews with stakeholders. Sureshkrishna began the journey in HR as a Management Trainee, specializing in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Academically, Sureshkrishna holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Anna University, alongside multiple degrees from the University of Madras, including an MA in Political Science, an MSc in Geography, and a Diploma in Police Administration, as well as a BA in Defence and Strategic Studies from Guru Nanak College.
