Damian Pearce

Damian Pearce has over 30 years of work experience in human resources. Damian is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at UKBIC since 2018. Prior to that, they held several HR positions in Meggitt from 2010 to 2017, including VP HR/OD and Director of Corporate Human Resources. From 2009 to 2011, Pearce worked as a Freelance HR Professional at DP HR Services. Damian also worked at McKesson as the Director of Human Resources from 2005 to 2008. Earlier in their career, Pearce held HR leadership roles at PSM International, NSK Steering Systems Europe, Wagon Automotive, and UK-NSI Co. Ltd. Damian began their career in the HR field through the Graduate Development Scheme at GKN, where they specialized in HR and held various roles in different departments.
