Russ Burke

Russ Burke has extensive experience in quality management and engineering, currently serving as Head of Quality at UKBIC since December 2019. Prior to this role, Burke spent over three years as Head of Quality at Rosti Group, overseeing quality systems from development to customer delivery and facilitating a turnaround from a distressed supplier to a reliable partner for key OEMs. With a decade-long tenure at Johnson Controls, Burke held positions including Quality Manager and Senior Quality Engineer, managing projects across Europe, Brazil, the USA, and Japan. Earlier career experiences include significant contributions to quality improvement and process development at both Timken and British Timken, along with a role as an IT lecturer at Tresham College. Burke's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Computing.
