Antony Mariani

Antony Mariani has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Antony began their career as a Trainee Accountant at Hillier Hopkins LLP, where they gained experience in audit, accounting, and client management. Antony then moved on to work at Deloitte as an Audit Manager, where they handled a wide range of clients and supervised audit teams. At Taylor Woodrow, they worked as a Business Analyst and Regional Finance Manager, contributing to the company's success in the construction and property development sectors. Antony later joined Cannon Hygiene Limited as a Commercial Accountant, managing high-profile projects and collaborating with non-finance personnel. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Project Accounting and Support at the UK Centre for Ecology & Hydrology (UKCEH), leading a team that supports the institute's scientific projects and project managers. Throughout their career, Antony's roles have emphasized financial value addition and business partnering.

Antony Mariani attended Dame Alice Owen's School from 1984 to 1991. Antony then pursued a degree in Geography at St. Catherine's College, Cambridge from 1991 to 1994, earning an MA (Hons) degree. In 1997, Antony obtained a certification as a Chartered Accountant from ICAEW.
