Catherine Kelly

Catherine Kelly is an accomplished professional in the field of education, currently serving as the Evaluation and Research Lead at the Department for Education since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Bristol from September 2019 to March 2023, and Policy Impact and Assurance Manager at Nicholas Postgate Catholic Academy Trust from April 2020 to August 2021. Catherine has extensive experience in managing and evaluating educational initiatives, highlighted by work as a Research Associate/Evaluation Manager at Newcastle University, overseeing a £7.7 million widening participation program.
