Jan Carrico, APR, serves as the Digital Workplace Communications Manager at UK HealthCare since May 2019, providing strategic communication support for the implementation of a new Electronic Health Record system. Previous roles include Project Coordinator for Workforce Initiatives at KET, Organizational Change Management Communications Specialist at Lexmark, and Senior Communications Specialist at Ashland, where effective communication strategies were developed to enhance corporate awareness and employee engagement.
