Gareth Groom

Gareth Groom is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service management. Currently serving as the Service Desk Manager at UK Plumbing Supplies Ltd since February 2022, Gareth previously held the position of IT Service Manager at O'Connor Utilities Ltd from February 2019 to February 2022. Prior to that, Gareth worked at Daisy Group for 16 years in various roles, including IT Support Manager and IT Service Desk Team Leader, where responsibilities included managing the internal IT service desk team. Earlier experience includes positions as a Customer Service Agent at Genesis Communications and Technical Team Leader at Dixons Retail.
