Demetri Vlachos

Demetri Vlachos has a diverse and extensive work experience in various research and insight roles. Starting at Elizabeth Finn Care in 2006, they worked as a Research Assistant before advancing to the role of Research Officer. Demetri then joined Turn2us as a Senior Research & Policy Officer, where they were responsible for changing the organization's research strategies. In 2013, they moved on to Ingeus Deloitte as a Policy & Research professional before becoming the Research and Insight Manager at Us3 Communications. Demetri then joined The Institute of the Motor Industry as a Policy & Research Manager, where they spearheaded critical initiatives and authored policy papers. Demetri further enhanced their research capabilities at Membership Engagement Services as the Insights Manager, growing research income and expanding the research function. Most recently, they served as the Head Of Research at Civica Engagement Solutions, leading the research team and increasing the commercial viability of their services. Currently, Demetri holds the role of Research and Insight Lead at UK Power Networks.

Demetri Vlachos has a diverse educational background. Demetri completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology and Health at the University of Liverpool from 2002 to 2006. Demetri then pursued further studies and obtained a Master's Degree in Applied Market and Social Research from the University of Westminster, graduating in 2015. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Clinical Neuroscience at the University of Roehampton. In addition to their formal education, Demetri Vlachos is also a Certified Member of the Market Research Society (MRS), an accreditation they obtained from the Market Research Society (MRS).
