Ivan Balmer

Ivan Balmer is a Principal Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development across various industries. Currently, Ivan is part of the Payments and Fraud team at UK TOTE GROUP, focusing on both front-end and back-end solutions, including transitioning payment systems and implementing anti-fraud measures. Concurrently, Ivan works at DNV Energy Systems, developing software to support digitalisation in the energy transition. Previously, Ivan held the same title at DNV Rotating Machinery Solutions from 2008 to 2021, managing projects for notable UK clients. Ivan's career began as a Software Developer at Global Technology, specializing in Satellite Communications, and as a Senior Software Engineer at Bently Nevada, where Ivan contributed to vibration monitoring systems.
