Esme Tuttiett has a diverse range of work experience in the field of nutrition and research. Esme started their career as a Performance Nutrition Intern at the English Institute of Sport in November 2016 and worked there until September 2017. Esme then joined Biorna Quantics Ltd as a Research Associate from February 2018 to July 2018. In January 2018, they also began working at Hong Kong Rugby Union as a Performance Nutritionist, a role they held until January 2021. In 2021, Esme worked as a UKRI policy intern at Public Health England from January to May.

In 2021, they worked as a Rotherham United FC academy nutritionist from July 2021 to February 2022. Simultaneously, they also worked as a Nutrition Consultant at England Boxing Ltd starting from March 2023. From October 2022 to March 2023, they served as the Women's 1st team nutritionist at Sheffield United Football Club, and from 2019 to June 2023, they worked as a Specialist visiting lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University.

Currently, Esme Tuttiett is employed as a Research and Data Analyst at ukactive, starting from May 2023. Additionally, they have been undertaking a PhD at The University of Sheffield since September 2018, with an expected completion date in June 2023.

Esme Tuttiett's education history begins in 2013 when they enrolled in the University of Southampton. Esme pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from 2013 to 2016.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Esme went on to attend Loughborough University in 2016-2017. During this time, they obtained a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition.

Following their master's program, Esme furthered their education by pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Health Nutrition at The University of Sheffield from 2018 to 2022.

In addition to their academic achievements, Esme obtained a Certified Personal Trainer certification (NASM-CPT) from Premier Global NASM in December 2017. Esme also obtained a Level 1 ISAK Anthropometry certification in 2016, although the institution from which they received this certification is not specified.
