Adam Berry

Adam Berry currently serves as the VP and Deputy General Counsel at UKG, focusing on managing and scaling global Go-To-Market and contracting functions. In addition to this role, Adam is a Charter Member of TechGC. Previously, Adam held the position of General Counsel at Fourth, overseeing legal, privacy, and information security teams while directing global business and legal affairs. Adam's extensive experience includes roles such as Senior Counsel at Kastner Gravelle LLP, Associate General Counsel at Workday, and Associate General Counsel at Twitter, where responsibilities encompassed various aspects of commercial agreements and legal strategy. Adam also served as Legal Director at Dell and Counsel at DXC Technology, managing technology transactions and litigation matters. Adam's career began as VP of Business & Legal Affairs at Varsity Media Group and Counsel at SEMATECH. Academic qualifications include a JD in Intellectual Property Law from Southern Methodist University and a BS in Business Administration from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
