Bj McGuire

BJ McGuire is an accomplished talent acquisition executive currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at UKG since June 2025. Previously, BJ held the position of Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Enablement, Operations, and Global Mobility at Procore Technologies from January 2022 to March 2025, where expertise in transformation strategy supported significant global scaling. BJ was also a Board Member at the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals from May 2018 to April 2024 and spent over 15 years at The Walt Disney Company, culminating as Head of Enterprise Talent Acquisition, where leadership focused on global transformation and organizational design. Earlier career experience includes a managerial role at Citigroup, overseeing technology and corporate recruitment. BJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of Charleston.
