Cristina Manaricua Blanco

Cristina Manaricua Blanco is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in education and human resources. Currently serving as Manager of Learning Experience Design at UKG since May 2018, Cristina has previously held roles including Preschool Teacher and Education Consultant at Genius Plaza from 2015 to 2018, and Change Management and Delivery Support Consultant at Novos Solutions from 2011 to 2015. During a decade at Accenture, Cristina held managerial positions in both Global Human Resources Initiatives and Consulting Human Performance Practice. Cristina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology and a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit Management, both from the University of Miami.
