Damian Boyne

Damian Boyne is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at UKG since July 2021, Damian also holds the position of Senior Engineering Team Owner at Ultimate Software, where the focus is on payroll innovations utilizing AI technologies. With a professional background spanning over two decades, Damian has held various roles including Chief Technology Officer at GDK Computer Systems & Services and Systems Engineer/Tech Lead/Architect at Verizon, where employment involved leading a development team for the provisioning platform of Verizon FIOS. Damian's earlier experience includes roles in VOIP and network testing at Telcordia Technologies, as well as IT coordination and system administration in various organizations. Damian holds dual master's degrees in Systems Architecture and Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
