Dianna McKay

Dianna M. is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Director of HRBP at UKG since April 2023. Prior to this role, Dianna held positions as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Procore Technologies from November 2021 to April 2023 and various roles at LinkedIn from July 2011 to October 2021, including HRBP, Change Management Lead, and Head of Internal Events. Earlier experience includes serving as Membership Resource Manager at the Chamber of Commerce Mountain View and as a project manager and Uganda Country Advisor for the Rotary Club of San Jose. Dianna's career began in the United States Navy as an Intelligence Specialist and SUPPLOT Team Lead. Educationally, Dianna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from San Jose State University, earned between 2006 and 2008.
