Kristen Gouldthorpe

Kristen Gouldthorpe is an experienced sales leader currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Sales at UKG since December 2024. Previously, Kristen held the position of Director of Enterprise Sales at Greenhouse Software from August 2022 to December 2024, where responsibilities included managing the AE function and partnering with cross-functional leaders to implement go-to-market strategies for multi-year SaaS contracts.
