Mariana Sabogal

Mariana Sabogal has an extensive background in HR Technology, starting their career at Ultimate Software in various roles including Manager of Software Engineering and Performance Management Consultant. Mariana later transitioned to UKG as a Director in HR Technology. Mariana is currently focused on working on the next generation platform for new product initiatives, utilizing Agile and Kanban practices for team improvement. In past roles, Mariana played a key role in the development of new Talent Management and Compensation products, as well as creating a Performance Management application from scratch. Mariana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Florida International University and an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Miami Dade College.
