Prakash Kota

Prakash Kota is an accomplished Chief Information Officer currently serving at UKG since April 2025, after a decade-long tenure at Autodesk, where Prakash held the roles of CIO, Vice President of IT, and Senior Director of Infrastructure & Enterprise Operations from December 2015 to March 2025. Earlier in the career, Prakash worked as a QA Tech Lead at First Object Inc from January 2004 to April 2005. Prakash holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, obtained in December 2004, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Madras, completed in December 2002.
