Rémi Malenfant

Rémi Malenfant is currently the Director of HR Innovation & Customer Experience at UKG. Prior to this, they were with PeopleDoc Inc. as their previous company. Rémi has also worked with Bureau Veritas and PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Consultant for People and Change. During their time at Bureau Veritas, they lead and coordinated the deployment of HR shared services centers initiatives in all the countries of the group with the objective to harmonize and streamline HR processes and make the HR function more efficient. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, they were a change management consultant in the Public Sector practice in PwC Paris office specializing in transformation program management, change management, and HR transformation. Some of their past clients include Pôle emploi, French Ministry of Defense, European Space Agency, and French Ministry of Finances.

Rémi Malenfant completed a Master in management at ESCP Business School. Rémi then spent a summer semester as an exchange student with ESCP Europe - Economics & Business Administration, studying business administration and management. Finally, they completed preparatory courses for the French Top Leading Business Schools Entrance Exam at Lycée Montaigne, covering economics, philosophy, mathematics, and languages.
