Tamara Driggers

Tamara Driggers currently serves as Vice President of Talent Development at UKG, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Tamara was the Head of Talent Activation & Growth at Procore Technologies, where responsibilities included transforming Learning & Development into a Talent Effectiveness function, with a focus on onboarding, leadership development, and performance engagement. At Workday, Tamara held several roles, including Senior Director of Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness, and was integral in establishing the VIBE Accelerator team dedicated to inclusion and equity. Early in Tamara's career, roles at Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, and TRACOM Group emphasized leadership, organizational development, and training facilitation. Tamara Driggers earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Public Relations from the University of Northern Colorado.
