Currently serving as VP of Sales at UKG since November 2024, Thistle previously held the position of DVP Enterprise Sales at Dayforce, overseeing the South East Enterprise Team. Their career includes a significant tenure at Trintech as Area Sales Director for the East Coast, focusing on Financial Corporate Performance Management software, and a lengthy period at ADP, where Thistle managed sales for Global Enterprise Solutions and National Accounts targeting large companies.
