Mark Dankworth

Mark Dankworth is the current President of International at UKheshe Technologies. Mark has over 14 years of experience in the card and payments industry.

Dankworth started their career at Crossgate in 2006 as a Card Executive. Mark then moved to Plascard East Africa in 2013 as a Regional Sales Manager. In 2016, they joined Oberthur Technologies as Strategic Sales.

In 2017, Dankworth was based in Kenya as Business Development Manager for dz card Group. Mark played a key role in business development for the supply of physical cards to the East African market. In 2018, they moved back to South Africa and secured an agency from dz. Mark's main focus was to grow the supply of physical cards to the banks across the SADC region, in addition to providing digital solutions such as digital PINs and digital card carriers.

In 2020, Flowstate Payment Solutions Pty Ltd merged with Ukheshe Technologies and Dankworth was appointed as Managing Director.

Mark Dankworth's educational career began at Mondeor High School. Mark then went on to study computer programming at Technikon Witwatersrand.
