Olesia Kryvetska

Olesia Kryvetska, PhD, is a prominent legal expert specializing in international trade law. Currently serving as the Head of the International Trade Law Committee at the Ukrainian Bar Association, Olesia has extensive experience in dispute resolution and competition law, having worked as a Junior Dispute Settlement Lawyer at the World Trade Organization and as Counsel at Asters. Olesia has contributed to academic and practical legal fields as a Panellist and Academic Advisor for moot court competitions, including the John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition and the National Moot Court on WTO Law. With a strong academic background, including a PhD from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Olesia has participated in significant legal research and initiatives, including the development of Ukraine's Export Strategy.
