Michael P. Mychailyshyn

Michael P. Mychailyshyn has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Michael P. worked at Ukrainian Credit Union Limited as the Associate Counsel and Head of Regulatory and Legal Compliance. Michael P. also held the position of Director on the Board of Directors and served as the Secretary for the Advisory Committee. Additionally, Michael operated their own solo solicitor's practice under the name Michael P. Mychailyshyn, Barrister & Solicitor. In this role, they provided legal advice to individual and business clients in various areas such as corporate formation, corporate governance, and estate planning. Prior to their solo practice, they worked as an Articling Student and Student-at-Law at Autodata Solutions Company, where they provided in-house corporate legal services and assisted with contract negotiation and risk management. Before that, they gained experience as a Clinical Resident at Michigan State University College of Law, Small Business and Non-Profit Law Clinic, where they represented clients in trademark matters.

Michael P. Mychailyshyn holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from the Michigan State University College of Law, which they completed in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. Hons in Economics from McMaster University in 2008. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as being called to the Bar (Ontario) by the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2016, and a Certificate of Qualification by the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) in 2014.
