Alexander Cherednyk

Alexander Cherednyk has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial sector. Alexander currently serves as the "Head of projects" at Ukreximbank since February 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Ukreximbank including "Head of Debt Sales Unit," "Acting Head of Asset Sales," and "Head of Restructuring and Out-of-court Debt Settlement Unit" between 2020 and 2021.

Before joining Ukreximbank, Alexander worked as a "Project Manager/Analyst" at the Deposit Guarantee Fund of Ukraine from 2016 to 2019. Alexander also served as the "Head of Strategic Solutions Department" at Stockton O'Hara Consulting Group LLC in 2015.

In their earlier career, Alexander worked in various positions in the banking system of Ukraine, including "Assets Sale" from 2014 to 2016. Alexander also worked at PJSC ENERGOBANK as the "Head of Financial Restructuring and Recovery Unit" from 2012 to 2014 and at Bank Forum Commerzbank Group as "Chief Expert NPL (corporates, restructuring)" and "Expert, Intensive Care Corporates" from 2010 to 2012.

Additionally, Alexander has experience as a "Leading Economist" at OJSC Swedbank Ukraine in 2009 and as a "Risk Manager, Project and Trade Finance" at CJSC Nadra Bank in 2007 to 2009. Alexander began their career as a "Specialist, Retail Banking" at CJSC Privatbank in 2005.

Throughout their career, Alexander has demonstrated expertise in areas such as debt sales, asset sales, financial restructuring, and project management.

Alexander Cherednyk started their education in 1998 at Kyiv School #29, where they completed their secondary education. From 2001 to 2007, they attended Kyiv National Economics University, earning a Master's degree in Finance.
