Elena Strelnikova

Elena Strelnikova has extensive work experience in the banking sector. Elena currently holds the position of Head of Automation of business processes at JSC Ukreximbank, starting from January 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as an Expert of IT Architecture at Raiffeisen Bank Aval from September 2016 to January 2021. Elena also served as an Analyst of business processes at Ukreximbank, where they specialized in modeling and optimizing business processes, as well as conducting system analysis and interface development between accounting systems. Elena's earlier experience includes working as a System Analyst at JSC "Bank "Finance and Credit", where they were involved in developing technical specifications, implementing new functionalities, and participating in the CRM system implementation project.

Elena Strelnikova obtained a Specialist degree in Applied Mathematics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2000. Elena later pursued further education and obtained a Specialist degree in Computer Programming and Special Applications from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2002 to 2004.
