James Biedenharn, M.Ed

James Biedenharn, M.Ed has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. James started their career as a Special Education Teacher at Midlothian High School in 2014, where they led a high functioning autism program for thirty students. James'srole focused on addressing the social skills challenges faced by these students. In 2018, James transitioned to become an Autism Consultant at Hanover County Public Schools, where they managed all high functioning autism programs at the secondary level. James strongly advocated for recognizing and utilizing the unique abilities and strengths of individuals with autism. In 2021, they joined Brandito LLC as an Account Manager, with responsibilities including managing key accounts and fostering existing client relationships. James later took on the role of an Enterprise Key Account Manager. James is currently working as a Sales Account Executive at Threads Uniform Agency, starting from 2023.

James Biedenharn, M.Ed has a bachelor's degree in History and Anthropology from Georgia State University. James pursued further education at Virginia Commonwealth University, where they completed a Master's of Education degree in Special Education Disability Policy and Administration from 2014 to 2017.
