Svitlana Tiugaieva

Svitlana Tiugaieva serves as the Head of Transformation at Ukrsibbank BNP Paribas Group since November 2007, overseeing the establishment of compliance culture in retail banking through policy development, risk management, and training initiatives. Additionally, Svitlana has held the role of Head of Bancassurance, focusing on creating a profitable bancassurance model by building strategic partnerships, enhancing customer value through new insurance products, and improving internal procedures. Previously, Svitlana worked as a marketing manager at PJSC “TAS Insurance Group” from 2001 to 2004. Svitlana holds a Professional Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing, obtained between 2013 and 2014, and is an alumnus of the Киевский лицей бизнеса.
