Alexey Khakhlyuk

Alexey Khakhlyuk currently serves as a Senior Adviser on business development at Укртелеком, a position held since November 2023. In parallel, Alexey has been an Associate Professor at the Institute of Special Communication and Information Protection of National Technical University KPI since March 2021. Previous roles include Chief Commercial Officer at Gazer and Kovalska Industrial Construction Group, as well as Deputy CEO and Chief Strategy Officer at Intertelecom. Notably, Alexey's extensive experience at Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent includes serving as General Manager and Country Senior Officer, significantly contributing to revenue growth and strategic projects in Ukraine and Belarus. Alexey holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Telecommunication Systems and Networks from the State University of Telecommunication in Kyiv, along with postgraduate and undergraduate degrees from the Kiev Military Institute for Communication and Control, specializing in telecommunications, networking, and data protection.
