Lyubomyr Kotsyumbas

Lyubomyr Kotsyumbas is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as CFO at Ukrtelecom since September 2014, Lyubomyr is also a member of the Board of the Open Private Pension Fund EMERIT-UKRAINE. Previous positions include Head of Finance Transformation at VimpelCom, where a global finance transformation project was managed, and Director of Shared Services Center, overseeing the establishment and management of a multifunctional shared services operation. Lyubomyr held the role of CFO at Beeline Cambodia, focusing on business transformations, and CFO at URS during a significant merger. A career at Golden Telecom included roles as Country Finance Director, Deputy Finance Director, and Head of Strategic Planning. Educational qualifications include ACCA certification and degrees in International Economics from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
