Grant Welland

Grant Welland is the current Chief Operating Officer at UKTV. Grant has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and strategy. Prior to joining UKTV, they were with the BBC for seven years, where they held the role of head of corporate finance and strategy. Before that, they worked as head of business development for Fox Kids Europe NV and as an audit senior at PwC. Grant is a highly respected figure in the industry, and their experience and expertise have been invaluable to UKTV in achieving its current level of success.

Grant Welland's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Manchester, as well as attending Southend High School for Boys.

Grant Welland reports to Marcus Arthur, CEO. Grant Welland works with Claire Astley - HR director, Richard Watsham - Director of Commissioning, and Steve North - Genre General Manager, Comedy & Entertainment.
